Improving Quality of Life
Through Comprehensive Hospice Care

At Noble Hospice, our hospice care services focus on providing comfort, dignity, and peace for individuals nearing the end of life. Our compassionate care team is dedicated to supporting patients in their final stages with a philosophy centered on enhancing quality of life rather than extending it, allowing patients to spend their last days surrounded by loved ones in a comforting environment.

Levels of Hospice Care

1. Routine Hospice

This is the most common level of hospice care provided wherever the patient calls home—whether that’s their own home, a family member’s home, or an assisted living facility. Routine Home Care includes visits from hospice team members to manage symptoms and provide emotional and spiritual support.

2. Continuous Care

Continuous Home Care is provided during periods of crisis when a patient needs continuous nursing care to manage acute symptoms. This care is offered in the patient’s home to help them remain comfortable without the need to transport to a higher level of care, such as GIP.

3. General Inpatient Hospice (GIP)

GIP is a short-term level of care for patients who need intensive symptom management that cannot be provided at home. GIP is offered in Medicare-certified facilities such as hospice inpatient units or skilled nursing facilities.
